Requirements for Registered Manager
Level 5 in a Health & Social Care qualification
Hold a valid driving licence
Minimum of 2 years` experience in team leader/deputy role
Experience of attending and chairing professional meetings
Responsibilities of Registered Manager
To take overall responsibility for the smooth running of the unit.
To liaise with and co-operate with the Senior Leadership team in development and implantation of policies.
To implement the requirements of the Care Quality Commission regulations that include the fundamental standards.
You`ll be supporting your team to reach the highest standards of care, by conduction reviews and supervisions when required.
To investigate complaints, report to the Locality Manager and take appropriate action.
