✓Requirements for Registered Manager
✓Level 5 in a Health & Social Care qualification
✓Hold a valid driving licence
✓Minimum of 2 years` experience in team leader/deputy role
✓Experience of attending and chairing professional meetings
✓Responsibilities of Registered Manager
✓To take overall responsibility for the smooth running of the unit.
✓To liaise with and co-operate with the Senior Leadership team in development and implantation of policies.
✓To implement the requirements of the Care Quality Commission regulations that include the fundamental standards.
✓You`ll be supporting your team to reach the highest standards of care, by conduction reviews and supervisions when required.
✓To investigate complaints, report to the Locality Manager and take appropriate action.
