Salary is £36,000 negotiable

Registered Manager to run a scheme of 42 supported living / domiciliary care residents
You will be responsible for the operational day to day management of the service/s ensuring continued compliance with relevant legislation
Responsible for all employees, care assessments, and delivery of care
Adhere to safeguarding / Protection of Person regulations as well as Health & Safety at work
Manage budgets and be actively involved in the growth of the business.  Work in partnership with local authorities, peers, healthcare professionals, families and key stakeholders
On call typically one week and one weekend per month
Requirements
Registered management experience to supervise the management of the organisations Care and Support services
.
Manage the administrative, financial, and planning operations efficiently coupled with regular audits
Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks for Domiciliary/Supported living and Day Care Centre’s, Health and Social Care Act 2008 Regulations and Care Act 2014.
QCF Level 5 Qualification in Leadership and Management Health and Social Care or similar preferred.
Understanding of the Tendering Process and the ability to prepare tenders and deliver presentations to Commissioners.
Working Knowledge of Safeguarding | Protection of the Person | Adult Protection.
Working knowledge of children’s safeguarding procedures
