✓Registered Manager to run a scheme of 42 supported living / domiciliary care residents
✓You will be responsible for the operational day to day management of the service/s ensuring continued compliance with relevant legislation
✓Responsible for all employees, care assessments, and delivery of care
✓Adhere to safeguarding / Protection of Person regulations as well as Health & Safety at work
✓Manage budgets and be actively involved in the growth of the business. Work in partnership with local authorities, peers, healthcare professionals, families and key stakeholders
✓On call typically one week and one weekend per month
✓Requirements
✓Registered management experience to supervise the management of the organisations Care and Support services
.
✓Manage the administrative, financial, and planning operations efficiently coupled with regular audits
✓Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks for Domiciliary/Supported living and Day Care Centre’s, Health and Social Care Act 2008 Regulations and Care Act 2014.
✓QCF Level 5 Qualification in Leadership and Management Health and Social Care or similar preferred.
✓Understanding of the Tendering Process and the ability to prepare tenders and deliver presentations to Commissioners.
✓Working Knowledge of Safeguarding | Protection of the Person | Adult Protection.
✓Working knowledge of children’s safeguarding procedures
