We have just launched our new ‘People Promises' You will be pivotal in helping us embed these into our culture and delivering our Group strategy to create and support thriving Communities.
You will be working closely with our Senior Leaders to set and deliver the strategy that drives our culture and values via informative and engaging comms, resulting in an energised and excited colleague base
You will support and develop a high performing Internal Communication team, delivering internal communications strategies and campaigns across Places for People.
You'll play a key role in articulating the organisation's strategic narrative, ensuring this underpins and consistently weaves through all communications
You will be responsible for our monthly all-company live steam ‘Drop the Mic' as well as other large-scale communication and recognition events.

More about you 
In this role you'll need to be comfortable using your influence and experience to set strategic direction as well as being hands on with developing purpose- and People-focused communications
You will be working with Colleagues at all levels, including our Exec and Senior Leaderships teams, taking complex and strategic business updates, and converting these into understandable and concise communications that work for our diverse audiences and underpin our People Promises.
Working closely with our Head of Internal Communication, you will love spinning multiple plates and will be able to work easily across a complex and matrixed organisation
Coaching, mentoring and developing others will be a big part of your role so we are looking for applications from People who LOVE PEOPLE.
