Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager
Description✓BDS are currently recruiting for a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager’s for retirement living services in the Middlesbrough area, TS8.
✓We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanour to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service.
✓Pay rate starting from £13.71ph PAYE - £16.80ph Umbrella.
✓the role is for 22.5 hours per week- Monday - Friday
✓This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP.
✓This role is in Independent Living Sector working with residents 55+
✓We are looking for someone to be the heart of the service and encourage resident engagement and help coordinate a smooth-running service.
✓The successful candidate will:
✓· Speak with the residents on a daily basis
✓· Check the properties for any repairs and reports
✓· Overseeing the service to ensure everything is running smoothly
✓· Arranging exciting activities with the residents; fish and chip nights, games nights or even a game of cards!
✓· Health and safety checks
✓· Signposting any concerns
