✓Our client are looking for experienced Support Workers for Supported Living Services in Ealing, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Hammersmith, Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea.
✓The typical daily duties will include: assisting with eating and drinking, meal preparation and planning, personal care, assisting with days out and encouraging the service user’s independence with normal day to day activities.

✓3-months UK care experience from within the past 3-years - essential
✓*
✓Knowledge of Mental Health and/or Learning disabilites and the challenges that come with it - desirable
✓*
✓Moving and handling and personal care experience
✓*
✓The right to work in the UK
