✓Essential Criteria for Prospective Support Workers, you MUST have the following to be considered
✓* Already hold a Level 3 for Residential Childcare or Level 3 in Health and Social Care
✓* Have a minimum of 1 years experience of working with young people in a Residential Home, Semi-Independence provision or similar setting
✓* Hold a full UK Driving Licence
✓* Undertake all necessary onboarding checks to include a DBS
✓* Work in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of young people
