Hours: Working day/night/waking shifts

Responsibilities:
-Establish a supportive and trusting relationship with adults in need.
-Listen attentively to their concerns, goals, and aspirations.
-Develop personalised care plans and strategies to promote independence.
-Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks.
-Encourage and participate in recreational and social activities.
-Administer medications and provide basic medical support as required.
-Accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and community events.
-Maintain accurate documentation of progress, incidents, and observations.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in a similar role or a genuine interest in the field.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
-Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
-Physical and emotional resilience to handle challenging situations.
-Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and team members.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must have a minimum of 6months of experience in care in the UK
- Enhanced DBS adult workforce
- Moving and manual handling training within 12months
- Medication & administration training within 12months
