✓Responsibilities:
✓-Establish a supportive and trusting relationship with adults in need.
✓-Listen attentively to their concerns, goals, and aspirations.
✓-Develop personalised care plans and strategies to promote independence.
✓-Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks.
✓-Encourage and participate in recreational and social activities.
✓-Administer medications and provide basic medical support as required.
✓-Accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and community events.
✓-Maintain accurate documentation of progress, incidents, and observations.
✓Requirements:
✓-Previous experience in a similar role or a genuine interest in the field.
✓-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
✓-Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
✓-Physical and emotional resilience to handle challenging situations.
✓-Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and team members.
✓-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
✓- Must have a minimum of 6months of experience in care in the UK
✓- Enhanced DBS adult workforce
✓- Moving and manual handling training within 12months
✓- Medication & administration training within 12months
