✓Fiona at Amber Mace is currently recruiting for an experienced Supported Living Service Manager at several small supported living services located in the North London region
✓This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to join a well established care company, that provide supported living within the Mental Health sector
✓As supported living manager, you will be in charge of the staff delivering these services, as well as the development and delivery of operational services at a high standard.
✓As supported living manager, your duties will focus on:
✓• Develop and monitor the implementation of person-centred care through the company’s services
✓• Ensure CQC compliance in all aspects of the service
✓• Recruitment, training and performance management/support
✓• Financial administration, ensuring effective budgeting and staffing
✓• Completion of rotas and timesheets
✓• Assessment of care plans
✓• Provide excellent leadership and management
✓The ideal candidate for the supported living manager will hold the following skills/qualifications:
✓• Mental Health management experience is essential
✓• Sound knowledge of CQC standards
✓• Car driver and flexible to travel
