✓We are excited to be working with a company on this new opportunity to join a great team as a Team Leader in a fantastic children's residential home
✓Job Role
✓To provide a safe and secure home for young people
✓This role includes engaging with the children and encouraging them to participate in activities to promote the children's mental health and well-being
✓The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, efficient and be able to prioritise and multi-task effectively whilst being able to support and manage their own team
✓The successful candidate will have:
✓- Experience of working in a Residential Children's Home
✓- Experience in relevant supervisory role
✓- NVQ Level 3 or above in Children and Young Peoples Workforce, Children's Residential Care or equivalent
✓- Be flexible to work shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep ins
