Trainer - Social Care
Description✓Exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and fast-growing social care provider based in our central Bromley office
✓Due to continued growth, a new opportunity has become available for a seasoned trainer to join the company and lead the development of the company's training requirements, ensuring frontline care staff are provided high quality, effective and meaningful training
✓You should have at least 12 months experience in a training role and have good knowledge of the social care sector, ideally within domiciliary care
✓You should have in-depth knowledge of various aspects of how high quality care services are delivered including moving and handling, medication administration, dementia, safeguarding, etc
✓You will need to have first-class communication skills, confident and resourceful
✓You should also be willing to travel to satellite branches across London on occasion
