Administrator
Description✓Telec Networks are looking for an administrator to join their team in Ipswich
✓This role will be located in Ipswich with the possibility of travelling to Telec's Norwich depot occasionally
✓As an administrator you will be carrying out the various administrative duties needed to allow Operations to deliver the program to plan and in accordance with statutory requirement
✓As part of this role you will be providing permitting support to the team
✓Key responsibilities:
✓Ensuring Permits are raised in accordance with the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 and Traffic Management Act.
✓To play a proactive role within the team, when reviewing permits, and providing support to other team members.
✓Create and build job packs to assist civils, cabling and tree cutting gangs, in relation to main build design and design changes during build.
✓To address any complaints and respond with accurately information within timescale.
✓Be able to prioritise and time management of workload.You will need:
✓Ability to build and maintain effective working relationship with internal and external people.
✓The ability to act as a valuable team player
✓Customer service skills
✓Experience and knowledge working with various Microsoft packages i.e
