DescriptionTelec Networks are looking for an administrator to join their team in Ipswich
This role will be located in Ipswich with the possibility of travelling to Telec's Norwich depot occasionally
As an administrator you will be carrying out the various administrative duties needed to allow Operations to deliver the program to plan and in accordance with statutory requirement
As part of this role you will be providing permitting support to the team
Key responsibilities:
Ensuring Permits are raised in accordance with the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 and Traffic Management Act.
To play a proactive role within the team, when reviewing permits, and providing support to other team members.
Create and build job packs to assist civils, cabling and tree cutting gangs, in relation to main build design and design changes during build.
To address any complaints and respond with accurately information within timescale.
Be able to prioritise and time management of workload.You will need:
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationship with internal and external people.
The ability to act as a valuable team player
Customer service skills
Experience and knowledge working with various Microsoft packages i.e
