Description✓Business Transformation Team Coordinator / Administrator - BTT Coordinator

✓Hybrid - 2 days a week in Green Park
✓Day Rate contract - Inside IR35
✓Contract to 31st October BTT Coordinator / Administrator required for leading mobile telecoms company to work in the transformation team
✓We are looking for a strong administrator / coordinator who has ideally worked in transformation environments, to start ASAP and work to end of October
✓This role will require hybrid working with 2 days per week in the offices in Reading
✓3 days remote
✓We are looking for someone who has experience in the main responsibilities below:
✓Main tasks
✓Support BTT Chair
✓Run Daily BTT stand ups
✓Manage BTT daily agenda
✓Send Invites and room booking for all BTT stand ups
✓Manage and close Action Log
✓Minutes and recording of key updates
✓Organise & Manage MS Teams Site
✓Create a BTT Holiday Calendar
✓Agree BTT reps when BTT leads are on holiday and make sure they get the invite
✓BTT Milestone & Activity Planner
✓Save all the packs played by workstreams in folders
✓Vision Induction Pack to be managed
✓Programme Team names to be managed
