Client Services Coordinator
Description✓Service Desk Advisor [4 on 4 off days/nights 12-hour shifts]

✓You'll be helping our clients with their technical problems by solving the problem yourself or directing them to the next best person.

✓Be the first point of contact for customers with technical problems
✓Responsible for managing and owning support tickets and driving customer issues through to resolution either internally or via suppliers
✓Proactively monitor systems and suppliers for any potential issuesWhat you ideally have:
✓Ability to gain SC clearance
✓Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓Previous technical experience isn't necessary as it is an entry level positionShift Patterns:
✓Shifts are on a 4 on [2 days - 7am-7pm/2 nights - 7pm - 7am], 4 days off pattern
