You'll be helping our clients with their technical problems by solving the problem yourself or directing them to the next best person.
Here is why you may be interested:
Be the first point of contact for customers with technical problems
Responsible for managing and owning support tickets and driving customer issues through to resolution either internally or via suppliers
Proactively monitor systems and suppliers for any potential issuesWhat you ideally have:
Ability to gain SC clearance
Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous technical experience isn't necessary as it is an entry level positionShift Patterns:
Shifts are on a 4 on [2 days - 7am-7pm/2 nights - 7pm - 7am], 4 days off pattern
