Purpose of the Role
Support the Projects Commercial leads and Procurement Manager on a range of administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Claim payments on a weekly basis, as per the milestone agreements.
* Client meetings will be required.
* Comply with all internal and administration processes and procedures ensuring that all components encompass the agreed tender deliverables.
* Contribute to the reporting suite for the Commercial department, ensuring deadlines are met with accurate information.
* Ensure PO cover is received in a timely manner with the correct value
Update ARCC tools accordingly.
* General clerical support as and when required.
* Have a working understanding of the contractual rates and associated scope of each program, along with the inclusion and exclusion document.
* Liaising with staff in other departments and external contacts.
* Manage PO raising/receiving and coordinating GRN/billing process on completed works.
* Ensure project data is well maintained and accurately recorded in ARCC tool.
* Monitor and input the initial VR process and rejection procedure, working with QS and Commercial leads.
* Build relationships with external stakeholders in order to support commercial obstacles, maintain a profession approach with communication, acting as an ambassador when representing Circet Wireless.
* Work closely with the project team to ensure VR is captured and educate them on Loss prevention.

Experience
* Knowledge of computers, databases, excel and word processing programs.
* Basic understanding of accounting processes and procedures.
