✓What you will be doing
✓As the Communications and Project Team Coordinator you will support the internal and external communications team, external marketing and events across the Telco and Technology sector within the UK and support/co-ordinate the Telco Delivery Team internally and across commercially delivered projects.
✓Key Accountabilities:
✓To maintain and develop an internal & external communications agenda and calendar.
✓
✓To support with the planning and execution of content for a variety of internal and external communications channels such as email announcements, email newsletters, internet & magazine articles, digital signage, and videos – ensuring that content and messages are aligned for clarity and understanding
✓Ensure all Direct Mailing lists for BFRS, Teenage Cyber, Technology Workshops, Tare accurate and captured Telco Data is stored across Teams, Clarizen and EUSFA
✓Follow Principal Telecoms Communication Strategy to ensure maximum exposure and participation across the RUK business and Technology Telco arena.
✓
✓To ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees, stakeholders, customers and wider audiences
✓Provide in a timely manner any messages and scripts for senior executives for use in presentations and videos to employees
✓Creating LinkedIn Ricoh Telco page Annual/Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly/Daily content is posted as requested and that all Brand Guide Lines are adhered to
✓To support with co-ordinate Leadership Team and all Internal/External speakers/contributors to ensure information is ready for run through and support on the live event ensuring all IT, MS TEAMS, On-line / In person locations are accessible, personnel are aware of any H&S, Fire Drills/Exits
✓Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages – provided by the Principle Telco Comms Strategy and Telco SLT Strategy
✓Responsible capturing data across Telco Industry and Competitor landscape such as – Market share, Magic Quadrant, Vendor Technology updates, Product/portfolio changes – create central repository for data and provide links for distribution to SLT and BU Leads
