 About the Role
We are looking for confident and outgoing individuals to join us as a Community Liaison Officer
Reporting to the Build Community Manager you will be focussed on 121 engagement with residents, communities and key stakeholders to engage with them ahead of any major civils works taking place whilst we are developing our full fibre networks in their area.
The successful candidate will connect with those in our build area and gather accurate data from the build team to be able to keep residents and communities up to date on the progression of civils works and follow up with residents for feedback on any issues they encounter whilst the works were ongoing.
With your ear close to the ground, your work will help produce business critical data around the experience of communities as we roll out our network.
You'll educate, guide and inform people on the rollout of the brsk network, answering questions about our work and demonstrating that we're here to make their lives better and creating communities that are as passionate about brsk as we are.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual who is amazing at building stakeholder relationships and has strong experience in this
You will have strong communication skills and be able to engage with the community and actively promote the Brsk deployment story whilst managing customer concerns, feedback and issues
Every interaction with the community counts - you will be expected to capture key customer information that will provide insight for the business to drive future growth.
You will be passionate about engaging with your local community and be able to bring your own ideas to ensure that the communities we are building understand what we are doing and why we are doing it
You will be customer focused and a great ambassador for our brand at all times.
This is very much an in-person role
You must have your own transport so you can travel to the communities we are building in, visiting them several times each week.
Experience in Telecoms would be an advantage but not essential.
Salary - up to £25k plus £2k travel allowance, 26 days holiday plus 8 days bank holidays
Your birthday off, company pension and life insurance.
Location - you will be based in your chosen region working in the community on a day to day basis
