✓With a relationship spanning over 20 years, our client are the single-source provider of critical infrastructure support services for Openreach, delivering integrated desilting, tree cutting, vegetation management and scaffolding services
✓Working with Britain's principal Telecoms provider invites several challenges, none more so than delivering a high volume of planned and reactive services throughout the UK.
✓To support our clients continued growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to join their team
✓We are looking for someone who is passionate, not just about the industry, but also about supporting their teams in delivering essential services 24/7/365 that really make a difference to local people and communities

✓The Role
✓To lead & manage the de-silting operations team consisting of direct labour and sub-contractors, developing an operations programme of work to meet the client requirements whilst following the Company's Vision, Mission and Values
✓Responsible for ensuring Company policies are implemented, monitored, and audited, ensuring resources and equipment are adequate for the workload
✓Ensuring that work standards meet the client expectations and maintain fluid client and colleague communications at all times.
✓Desirable qualifications/ skills/ experience
✓NEBOSH or IOSH [advantageous]
✓High Pressure Water Jetting [advantageous]
✓Confined Space [advantageous]
✓Sign Lighting and Guarding [advantageous]
✓ILM or equivalent- Management of people [advantageous]
✓Driving License
✓Experience in a similar management position
✓Experience in Utilities Industry or similar
✓Commercial awareness
✓IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office package
✓Planning and programming experience
✓Experience and ability to encourage and enable personal development of and recognise and reward team.
✓Experience and ability to lead by and set an example.
