Fibre Supervisor

✓They are looking for an agile and resourceful Supervisor to help them fulfil their ambition of delivering full fibre across many different FTTP builds across the UK
✓This role is all about ensuring the company achieves its key metrics, that all tasks are done according to right first time and all customer milestones are reached

✓Key responsibilities
✓Spearhead change and model a new way of overseeing quality and compliance with our build partners
✓Coordinate the final closure of completed Spine & LMJ builds, to include;
✓As Built coordination
✓Fibre planning & ILC compliance
✓Testing validation
✓Stores management
✓Vitruvi QC and Production Report processing
✓Support NOI Build Completes
✓Complete weekly where abouts
✓Act as the PIA expert and provide support to Build Partner
✓Provide assistance and guidance where required to the planning department within the ISP for any future change suggestions to planning & design that benefits speed and delivery of build
✓Communicate directly with build partners daily to forge strong working relationships, open feedback opportunities and provide a line of support
✓Technical SME
✓Survey validation
✓Design verification LLDs/FNCs/SLDs
✓You'll be a good fit if:
✓You have extensive experience in Telecoms Networks [Openreach or PIA experienced] and have excellent communication and people management skills
✓You will need to have the ability to engage effectively with wider planning, project and delivery teams.
✓You hold a Full Driving License that permits you to drive a vehicle in the UK and you have experience managing on site activities of contractors and Direct labour
✓
✓Preferred experience:
✓Experience of FTTP build architecture
✓Openreach or PIA Accreditations
✓Working to strict SLA’s
✓Stakeholder management
✓Highly IT literate and competent
✓Experience working closely with contractors / 3rd parties
✓Awareness of GIS technology i.e Orion, Vitruvi, ArcGIS, Smallworld, KeyPro etc
✓Experience of supervising all engineering activities in the Telecom industry
✓Knowledge of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991
