Fundraising Advisor - Korean Speaking
Description✓As a Fundraising officer, you will be passionate about building relationships & establishing trust with supporters with a view to securing ongoing donations on behalf of a leading humanitarian organization.

✓You will work professionally & efficiently dealing with donors to maintain & drive great results
✓You will tailor your communication style with supporters, through a variety of platforms, primarily through outbound calling but also via email, chat & social media.

✓* Excellent communication skills in English and Korean, both oral and written
✓* Ability to influence others
✓* A minimum of 6-12 months’ experience within a customer focused role
✓* Ideally, previous experience within a fundraising role
✓* A passion to deliver exceptional results
✓* An adaptable approach when dealing with supporters
✓* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
✓* Effective listening skills.
✓* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
✓* Strong attention to detail
✓* PC literate with the ability to use multiple systems
