HR Advisor
Description✓Our client is recruiting for a permanent HR Advisor to join their Team based in Knowsley.

✓My client has been established since 1990 and gone strength to strength
✓Doubled their business over Covid, the HR team has grown from 2 to 13
✓Now developing their business acquiring a new branch to their existing sector
✓This is a very exciting time to join the team.
✓Description
✓Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
✓To be responsible for providing an effective and efficient HR advisory service.
✓To provide HR guidance, support and expertise to management and employees in line with policy, best practice, and current legislation.
✓To contribute to the planning, co-ordination, and control of HR activities.
✓To be fundamental in developing the company culture, its reputation, and values
✓To always promote a positive and professional image of the department, by adhering to company policies, procedures, and standards.
✓Offer advice, support, and administration across full range of HR activities.
✓Recommend improvements to systems and procedures to improve efficiency of the HR department.
✓Oversees and assist the process of adverse actions, grievances, disciplinary hearings, redundancy consultations and other employee matters.
✓Assists with pay and benefits reviews and implementation.
✓Handle administration process and ensure associated payroll processes are completed to a strict deadline.
✓Manage Leavers and Exit Processes - conduct exit interviews etc.
✓Ensure timely response to HR calls and monitor the HR inbox through to conclusion.Profile
✓Ability to grow strong working relationships.
✓CIPD L3 or above [Desirable]
✓High communication skills both written and verbal.
✓Have strong planning, organisation, and monitoring abilities.
✓Have a strong orientation towards quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
✓Have the ability to prioritise work, work well under pressure, meet deadlines and manage business expectations.
✓Be educated to a G.C.S.E level B+ in Mathematics & English [or equivalent].
✓Be computer literate, Microsoft Office and HR systems
