✓Generalist HR advice and support across the business
✓Inductions for new starters
✓Administer the starter and leaver process
✓Onboarding process
✓Producing offer letters, contracts and correspondence
✓Heavily involved in engagement projects
✓Providing HR system support
✓Working with an engaging HR team
✓Support on recruitment if needed

✓The Candidate
✓
✓Available with short notice or immediately
✓Previous experience in a HR position
✓Ability to provide first line advice and support
✓CIPD or working toward
✓A strong communicator with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
✓Can work autonomously, a self starter
✓Excellent people skills
