✓You will join a dynamic team responsible for providing a variety of support including 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line support, you will have previous experience in supporting users with Active Directory, Cisco networks, datastores and virtualisation on Windows and Linux OS.
✓Essential skills:
✓Prior experience in similar role
✓Experience supporting Cisco
✓Penetration testing
✓Breakfix experience
✓Experience in Active Directory/AzureRequired education:
✓Microsoft certified
✓Cisco certifiedDesirable:
✓ITIL certified
