✓About the role
✓We’re looking for a highly knowledgeable and organised Project Manager with experience running IT and UC projects to join Elite.
✓This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for the coordination and completion of IT and UC projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget and within scope
✓We’ll look to you to oversee all aspects of projects and to support our internal teams, ensuring we get it right, first time, every time
✓A day in the life of a IT Project Manager at Elite looks a little like this:
✓* Drive the successful end-to-end delivery of projects to time, cost and quality criteria.
✓* Lead on the delivery of IT and UC projects that include Infrastructure, Connectivity and Communications, ensuring successful delivery aligned with both the client’s and business’s expectations.
✓* Carrying out the core areas of project management including; project definition, planning, scheduling, vendor management, risk assessment, budgeting, change management and project control.
✓* Creating, maintaining and controlling change throughout the project life cycle.
✓* Proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, ensuring that these are identified, mitigated or escalated as necessary.
✓* Driving customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvements and working with the team to ensure processes and procedures are both effective and relevant.
✓Role requirements
✓Essential:
✓* ITIL and Prince 2 or equivalent qualification.
✓* Familiar with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
✓* Comfortable working with Project Management tools such as Gant charts, RAID logs and RACI.
✓* Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Teams.
✓* Extensive experience in leading and managing technology-based business change projects.
✓* Experience in the management and delivery of concurrent projects that vary in scale and complexity.
✓* Experience in IT Infrastructure and Connectivity project delivery.
✓* Experience of Unified Communications including: contact centre, call recording and SIP project delivery.
✓Desirable:
✓* Managing projects with Communications products and services desirable to compliment the Elite product portfolio and mix of products/service which we provide as a customer solution.
✓* Knowledge and experience with Mitel and 8x8 platforms.
