✓We are assisting our successful telecoms client to recruit a Network Engineer.
✓The Operations team is responsible for ensuring that the order-to-cash process runs smoothly, efficiently, and provides exceptional customer service to clients.
✓The team specialise in developing intricate and customised technical solutions for the company's large customers, which is a vital part of the company's major customer revenue stream.
✓Your primary responsibilities:
✓• Providing consultancy, designing, commissioning, supporting, monitoring, and maintaining WAN, LAN, WLAN, and security services for the company's customer base.
✓• You will be able to handle Cisco and Cisco Meraki evangelism, presales calls, customer proof of concept/value leadership, and customer project lifecycles for specific products.
✓• Additionally, the team collaborates with management, colleagues, clients, and vendors to implement network solutions that meet project requirements.
✓• You will liaise with project management teams, third-line engineers, and service desk engineers, and provide full project lifecycle services from presales to support as a Cisco field engineer.
✓• The operations team also audits and documents client infrastructure, stages devices for client solutions, leads the implementation and delivery of projects, and ensures that the infrastructure is fully documented and meets the internal and customer SLAs
✓They complete documentation paperwork promptly as part of their duties so attention to detail is critical.
