Noticing Coordinator

DescriptionGCU Utilities have an exciting opportunity for a Noticing Coordinator to join their team in Gateshead
As a Noticing Coordinator you will be responsible to ensure that all GCU works are registered on Aurora, and our Operating Teams meet the noticing requirements set by geographic region of work under The New Roads and Street Works Act 1991.
Key Responsibilities:
To accurately raise notices via Aurora system in line with NRSWA 91 requirements
To process information from Project Planners/ Programme Manager
To actively start and close notices based on direct information from the Planner/ Programme Manager
To create and issue DIMS Sheets with retrospective update of DIMS on Aurora - Register all other notices i.e., defects, blockages etc.
Monitor all Inspections that are received from Local Authority, update internal registers and distribute to relevant parties for action You will need:
Working knowledge of The New Street and Road Works Act 1991 [NSRWA]
Working experience of Microsoft Packages, specifically Excel
