The Role
The company is a cloud communication software company that provides unified communication solutions for businesses
Their solutions integrate with all major browsers and leading platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce
They are looking for an experienced Onboarding or Implementation Engineer to deliver a smooth and efficient onboarding experience to new customers and partners alike.
The company has a global customer base operating in over 40 countries and is part of Microsoft's premium tier Inner Circle Partner network
This role, which will support the UK/Ireland/EMEA region, is a brilliant opportunity to join an exciting cloud communications business and further your career within a company going through rapid growth and transformation.
Reporting to their Head of Technical Operations, this is a remote-first opportunity, however, the company also offers the option to work from our UK or Dublin offices, or a hybrid model, whatever works best for you.
About the job
The company is seeking an experienced Onboarding Engineer to support the technical setup and implementation of new customers
As an Onboarding Engineer, you will develop a deep understanding of their telecoms and multi-channel solutions to provide expert guidance to new customers regarding product features, configurations, and set-up
You should possess the ability to interpret statements of work [SoWs], identify configuration and setup requirements, and implement appropriate solutions to ensure the successful onboarding of new customers onto the company's products.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate technical understanding and empathy to our customers
Understand customer setup requirements and product functionality
Documenting customer technical requirements as part of SOWs
Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously
Working with customer stakeholders to troubleshoot any configuration issues
Work with support engineers when appropriateSkills & Experience:
Previous experience working in an onboarding or support role for a telecommunications and/or a SaaS product company, or experience of supporting contact centre environments or cloud-based communication platforms.
Experience of guiding customer requirements and configurations, even better if this is within a cloud or telco product company.
Experience of WebRTC, VOIP, SBC, PBX systems or browser-based communication systems is desirable
Experience using or working with Microsoft Dynamics would be nice to haveSalary Package:
Salary between €35K-€45K depending on the level of experience
Work from anywhere within the UK or Ireland, or from one of our offices, or a mix - up to you
