Illuminet are currently recruiting for an experienced and energetic portal manager to join one of our clients in the telecoms sector who are currently revolutionizing the way they interact and manage their B2B customer relationships
The successful candidate will champion the use of the customer portal and highlight the benefits of its use for customers, ensuring that internal teams understand and promote these benefits to external parties to add value and improve their customer experience.

It would suit an experienced portal manager with great energy who is eager to lead from the front and champion the use of a portal to create value and, in turn drive that back to the customers.
Role Overview
* Own the vision for the customer portal, driving solutions and understanding how it can benefit the customers who take advantage of its functions
* Champion the strategy to promote the portals use with internal teams, ensuring that they in turn promote this to customers whenever appropriate
* Understand the customer experience, highlighting and raising incidents where the process can be improved by gaining insight and feedback from the end users
* Take a holistic view of the company, and how the portal can benefit different areas of the business liaising with key internal stakeholders
* Support new customers joining the portal as the product is rolled out to the wider customer base
Person Specification
* Experience working as a portal manager, ideally within the telecoms sector
* Experience designing and executing a strategy to promote the use of a B2B customer portal
* Experience managing a portal, and gathering feedback for a large bank of customers
* A well organised, positive person with a great energy who is confident to liaise with multiple internal teams, as well as external customers
Salary & Benefits
* Up to £42,000/annum [depending on experience]
* Hybrid [2-3 days/week in office initially]
