✓What you will do:
✓End-to-end responsibility for all Project Management activities; from planning to maintenance.
✓Manage all stakeholders, internal and external customers' expectations.
✓Direct and motivate project team members by defining product and project value in advance.
✓Proactively manage project risks and define actions to prevent any issues.
✓Plan, define, execute, track and close all project tasks to deliver high quality package on-time.
✓Report project status regularly with all stakeholders and project team.The ideal candidate:
✓Bachelor's degree or above
✓At least 3+ years of project management experience
✓Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
✓Experience in leading and managing the delivery of projects in a matrix organization with multiple teams.
✓Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
✓Excellent Mandarin/Chinese and English.Please note: This role requires business travel to European countries about 1-3 months per year.
