Description✓Provisioning Coordinator - Porting - Hybrid/SE1 - £40-45K
✓A growing Telecommunications Company are looking for a provisioning coordinator to add to their team and act as client point of contact!
✓This position is responsible for liaising with customers and account managers to ensure all information is correct and complete in order to fulfil requests
✓This person will also be responsible for liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure that services are delivered on time to all customers.

✓Suitable candidates should show some of the following:
✓*** Previous Admin experience in a Telecommunications or similar Service Delivery environment desirable
✓*** Any experience with Porting or Port Orders would be beneficial
✓***Experience with Data/MPLS circuits /Ethernet leased lines
✓*** Experience managing conflicting priorities and multiple parallel projects preferable
✓*** You can maintain high levels of professional behaviour even whilst working under pressure.
✓*** Experience with ServiceNow or another service desk preferable but not essential
✓*** Strong organisational skills and time management
✓*** You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
