Sales Executive

✓Salary: £21,525 [OTE £24,525k]
✓Hours: 35 hours /week Mon – Fri 9-5
✓Contract type: Full-time permanent contract
✓Location: Working from our Abingdon office

✓The role:
✓The Lead Generation Team will work to support the Field Sales Executives by booking quality sales meetings with schools across the UK
✓These meetings will be to discuss the booking of residential trips for pupils.
✓You will be responsible for calling schools, finding appropriate contacts, and booking meetings for one of the Sales Executives.
✓Typical duties:
✓* Generate leads through research, cold calling, and networking
✓* Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce the business, and set appointments for the Sales team
✓* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and create new future business.
✓* Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
✓* Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, clients, and sales.
✓Experience:
✓* Experience in lead generation or telesales, preferably in a B2B environment.
✓* Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
✓* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✓* Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
✓* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
✓* Proficient in using CRM software [ideally Salesforce]
