Scheduler
Description✓Lanes Infrastructure are one of the UK’s fastest growing telecoms infrastructure provider, with a projected turnover in excess of £100 million, over 900 people and a network work branches across the South East & London.
✓The Co-Ordinator is part of a team responsible for scheduling field staff and providing any administrative support
✓This role is critical in helping run a smooth operation we therefore require someone who can work in a busy environment and using their own initiative.
✓Responsibilities:
✓* Ensuring all work is allocated to Field Staff to enable KPI's, Customer promises and productivity targets to be met and customers are updated where delays occur.
✓* Update Daily Whereabouts for engineers.
✓* Update internal & client systems to reflect changes and updates.
✓* Liaising and working collaboratively with Field Supervision tracking and updating in day activity.
✓* Liaising and working collaboratively with the wider planning team to ensure deliverables are met.
✓* Cross reference workforce productivity against planned works.
✓* Giving assistance, support, and guidance on all customer/client related issues as they arise
✓* Review and chase any outstanding admin/work completion packs from the field.
✓* Processing daily reports for clients’ needs
✓* Other administration duties where applicable
