Senior HR Administrator
Description✓My client is looking for either an HR Advisor/Manager or a Senior HR Administrator for a temp assignment for at least a month
✓This role will support the current HR Manager
✓This role will be based in the office every day with no Hybrid option.
✓Key responsibilities
✓• Full scope of HR duties and responsibilities– talent management, organisation design/succession planning, performance management, employee engagement and training & development
✓• Plan and execute effective recruitment campaigns and successfully onboard new team members
✓• Undertaking HR administrative tasks [including, but not limited to – payroll, employment agreements and benefit administration]
✓• HR policies and procedures in line with local labour law
✓• Employee queries
✓Skills
✓• CIPD level 5 minimum qualification
✓• Experience of working as the sole HR expert or a small HR team environment
✓• Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment and adapt/plan accordingly
✓• Strong knowledge of local labour law
✓• Comfortable performing everyday transactional tasks alongside strategic level
✓• Previous line management experience is desirable
