✓Salary: £36,298 - £40,478 plus £3,000 welcome payment & attractive out of county moving allowance.

✓We are looking for experienced Senior Practitioners to work in our teams
✓They will hold a small caseload and they will be are supported to make evidence based decisions, working as part of the locality management team to support performance and lead practice.
✓You will have scope to practice alongside a variety of customer groups and a whole spectrum of people with health and social care needs, such as mental health, learning disability, physical disability, frailty and Safeguarding
✓ We will also support you to build and develop identified specialisms and maintain your professional development.
✓You may already have supervisory experience and are looking to make the next step
✓If you are a qualified social worker with relevant experience of Strength Based working under the Care Act 2014 and registered with Social Work England, we would be keen to hear from you.
✓You will need a strong commitment to personalised and outcome focussed practice, with a sound knowledge base about adult social work, strong interpersonal and organisational skills, a developed understanding of social care practice, legislation and knowledge of incorporating community assets into service provision.
✓Herefordshire is a rural county and the ability to travel is essential to the post.
