✓We are now looking for a Technical Care Advisor to provide support to Customers and Partners, from POC, through installation and the ongoing care of VoCoVo systems, with system diagnostics and issue resolution, both over the phone and via ticket management.
✓Responsibilities
✓* Provide technical support to Customers and Partners via phone, email and CRM systems
✓* Manage tickets from creation through to resolution, including assigning tickets to the right person for the best resolution time
✓* Takes ownership of ticket reporting
✓* Provide out of hours support for rollouts on rota and pre-booked engineer visits
✓* VoCoVo Care support document maintenance
✓* Maintenance of records and logs as appropriate
✓* Other duties as required to in order to cover areas of VoCoVoCare during peaks in workloads, holiday or sickness.
