Description✓Berry recruitment are currently looking for telemarketers to support one of our prestigious clients
✓The role is office based
✓We are looking for hybrid workers, Monday - Wednesday in the office based in Birmingham city centre and then Thursday and Friday working from home
✓Hours of work are 8:30am-4:30pm.
✓The roles/responsibilities:
✓Carry out unscripted telephone calls on behalf of clients
✓Answer questions about product specifications
✓Book appointments with relevant prospects
✓Complete data cleansing activities
✓Carry out marketing research into various industries
✓Provide input into lead generation campaigns of various makeups
✓Accurately and efficiently enter prospect details into the company database Berry recruitment are looking for people with the following skills:
✓Good telephone manner
✓Excellent verbal and inter personnel communication
✓Good quality of English language and grammar
✓Ability to work to targets
✓Time management skills
✓Computer literate with knowledge of MS word, Excel, Outlook and access planning
