✓Job Role: Telesales Exec
✓Location: Walsall, West Midlands
✓Hours: Full Time Hours - Monday to Friday 11.30am - 19.30pm
✓Salary: £24k - £25k
✓Training: Full training is provided - Monday to Friday 9.30am-17.30pm for 4 weeks

✓The ideal candidate will have a passion for selling, dealing with customers and a natural ability to build relationships
✓As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and closing deals over the phone with customers.

✓Through their pioneering technology they are able to recover a waste product that previously went down the drain and turn it into a source of income for your business, while keeping your kitchen and waterways clean and efficient.
✓Duties shall include but not be restricted to:
✓Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products/services.
✓Contact potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services.
✓Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
✓Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
✓Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
✓Update and maintain customer information in the company's database.
✓Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies.
✓Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
✓What skills / Qualifications do I need?
✓Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
✓Proven experience in sales / telesales role.
✓Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
✓Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
✓Good organisational and time-management skills.
✓Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
