✓An opportunity has now arisen within their team for an experienced Unified Communications and Network Engineer.
✓Role Profile
✓In this role you will be repsonsible for supporting and implementing solutions based around communication, collaboration and networking systems, predominantly Cisco and Mitel.
✓Person Profile
✓Essential:
✓Hold a qualification in any of the following:
✓* Mitel Certified Associate - Communications [MiVoice Business]
✓* Mitel Certified Associate - Unified Communications and Collaboration
✓* Cisco Certified Networking Associate
✓* A sound and solid understanding of telecommunications and application delivery methodologies
✓* Possess 3-7 years experience in a similar role
✓* Extensive product knowledge covering Cisco, Mitel, VM, Application and other industry standard solutions including SIP trunking deployment with a working knowledge of networking
✓* Ideal candidate would have deployed multi-site cluster MiVB solutions both physical and virtual with MiCollab applications
✓MiContact Centre experience/ qualifications would be advantageous
✓* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate by phone, in person or written
✓* SIP & IP Routing knowledge
✓* Shows initiative and acts independently to resolve problems
✓* Demonstrated high levels of accuracy with excellent time management and organizational skills
✓* Experience of customer relationships with the confidence and presence to successfully discuss and advise customers
