Returns & Refunds

Loot will not be involved or take any responsibly for any returns/refunds between private users, our returns & refunds policy only applies to items purchased from [email protected] 

Note* Please be fully aware that the goods advertised are subject to discount due to their second-hand nature.  There may be missing items or instruction manuals in some [but not all] of our listings; however, what you see in the images is exactly what you will receive, which is why we take photos. None of this should prevent the item from functioning. Most products come with everything, and if we detect something missing, we'll let you know, but we're not experts on everything we sell. 

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from customer services, but if you decide that an item isn't right for you, provided the product[s] are returned complete, in the same condition as you receive them and with their original packaging. we invite you to complete the Returns Process to return your item[s]. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery of an item. 

If the goods are not as described, a refund will be offered.

How To Return an Item

You are responsible for returning any item purchased including postal costs [we recommend your chosen postal/courier has a service that is trackable to ensure your item[s] reach us]. please complete  the Returns Form provided here to notify us of your return.

You MUST complete the returns form giving reasons for the return and any other information which will assist us with your return[s] 

You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been processed. This can sometimes be a few days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse  

FAQs 

How long will it take to process my return? 

Once your parcel has been received by our team it can take up to five days to process your return. Returns are dealt with in the order in which they are received, so returns sent by Recorded Delivery may reach us more quickly but do not progress more quickly through the process. 

You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been processed. This can sometimes be up to five days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse  

Refunds will be refunded via the same method of payment used for the purchase. 

Please remember it can take up to 30 days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your statement. 

Have you received my return? 

Loot is not responsible for returning your item[s], we strongly recommend your chosen postal/courier has a service that is trackable to ensure your item[s] reach us. 

We will notify you by email once your order has been processed at our warehouse. To check whether your item has been delivered to us, please use the tracking options provided by your chosen delivery service.  

How do I exchange an item? 

We cannot currently offer exchanges  

Items that cannot be returned include: 

Lingerie & swimwear if the protective gusset strip has been removed [returns will be accepted if the items still have the protective strip, original tags in place and is unworn on new items for sale] 
Lingerie briefs cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons 

Faulty items 

We do hope you are happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event you are not as the goods do not match the description, we will offer you a full refund.

 Your legal right to cancel 

For most products bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. These rights, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are explained in more detail below: 

You have 14 days after the day you receive the product[s]to change your mind,  

To meet the cancellation deadline, you must notify us by completing the return form that you wish to exercise your right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. Where applicable, please keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. 

If the products have already been dispatched to you or you have already received them, you must return them to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of your order to us. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products to us. 

If you are exercising your right to change your mind and cancel the contract, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products to the payment method you used to pay. We will process the refund without delay and, in any event, not later than [a] 14 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied; or [b] if there were no products supplied, 14 days after the day on which we receive your cancellation notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back, or you have supplied evidence of having returned the products to us [whichever is the earliest]. 

If you are exercising your right to change your mind: 

• We may reduce your refund of the price to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us the appropriate amount.
