The tank and cabinet are in good condition as all it needs is a really good clean due to it being empty for a year. The lighting is new as the lighting that came with it broke. The only thing is, I don't know whether I'd bought the wrong thing as when I switched the lights on, my fish became very skittish [its VERY bright] and I found it heated the water very quickly so I ended up leaving it off.
